Renewed Master Services Agreement builds on five years of work to improve alignment, standardize processes, and support complex study execution

FISHERS, Indiana, May 5, 2026 — Pintail Solutions has renewed its Master Services Agreement with the University of Pittsburgh, extending a partnership focused on strengthening the University’s clinical trial operations and readiness for future NIH-funded and pharma-sponsored studies.
What began in 2020 as an urgent effort to stabilize complex COVID-19 clinical trials has grown into a long-term collaboration to help shape a more standardized, efficient, and scalable Clinical Trials Office. Over the past five years, Pintail has supported the University in improving alignment across stakeholders, clarifying roles and responsibilities, strengthening communication, and building SOPs and operational frameworks to support consistent trial execution.
The renewed two-year agreement continues that work, with a focus on standardizing processes that can increase the University’s ability to successfully deliver large, complex studies across its more than $100 million clinical trial portfolio. “Renewing our MSA with the University of Pittsburgh reflects the strength of this partnership and the progress we have built together over the past five years,” said Jason C.
