President & Founder

Jason Bork

Jason is a respected executive with more than twenty years of corporate leadership experience across research and development, project and alliance management, and the client service industry. He has successfully driven organizational change across thousands of employees through the development and introduction of new processes, tools, and methodologies. Jason has led strategic initiatives determining the future direction for functions during times of transformative change. He has made substantial contributions as both an individual contributor as well as an executive with direct global authority for an organization of nearly four-hundred people. 

Jason is a proven leader defined by integrity, respect for others, and courage. He is known for driving significant organizational change by “seeing the essence”, understanding the big picture, and being able to distill the complex into actionable steps. Jason has experience in leading and influencing others to new levels of achievement. His style is collaborative and direct with a history of developing and mentoring leaders. Jason brings a passion and zeal to the workplace that brings the best out of others.

Director of Clinical operations

Gabe Goldfeder

Gabe has been the Director of Clinical Operations since April 2015. Gabe has extensive experience in managing clinical research sites. Gabe is enabling the development of a first-in-class network of AD research sites. Most recently, he was running G2 CRC LLC, a consulting company specializing in bringing clinical trials to research naïve sites. In his 15+ year career, Gabe has held several site roles including site director, C.R.C. and cognitive rater. He has worked in both commercial and academic environments including the Nathan Kline Institute, Comprehensive Neuroscience and Ecast. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from New York University. Gabe is A.C.R.P. certified and has contributed to investigator initiated proposals and published abstracts including one for the American Psychiatric Association in 2007.

Clinical operations manager

Julie Neild

Julie Neild is the Clinical Operations Manager for Pintail Solutions.  Julie is primarily responsible for operationalizing clinical trial activities and optimizing relevant processes.   

Julie has over 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry most recently as a Clinical Project Manager at Eli Lilly and Company.  She has successfully improved clinical trial processes, delivered outcomes, and enabled informed decision-making by using analytics.   

She is a certified six sigma greenbelt and has a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Technical / Medical Communication.

Executive Administrative ASSistant

Megan Stephenson

Megan Stephenson has more than five years of professional administrative experience. She is an executive assistant supporting a key client and is responsible for managing the president’s calendar and travel as well as broader strategic engagements including meetings with the board of directors, C-level executives, key stakeholders, clients, leadership team, all employee town halls, etc. Megan is also the event planner for one of Pintail Solution’s key clients where she is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering events for groups up to 100 people—including multi-day conferences for nearly 200 people. She previously held administrative and human resource roles at a real estate private equity firm in Chicago where she supported multiple senior level executives and a team of asset managers. Megan graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology.

SENIOR Project manager

Rona Schillinger

Rona has over 30 years of experience in clinical diagnostics and clinical trials, specifically within project management, clinical trial execution, compliance, and training. Her experience spans the pharmaceutical, CRO, diagnostics, and boutique consulting industries. Rona is currently a senior project manager, supporting a key client with responsibilities across overall operations including clinical trial study start-up, site metrics, and other key initiatives.

Doug Beauregard

Doug is the Project Director supporting the Global Alzheimer’s Platform Foundation since February 2017. Doug has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO industries, most recently as Associate Director, Clinical Operations at Parexel International prior to joining Pintail Solutions. He has proven success in leading innovative global projects, driving change and risk management, process improvement, and optimizing client relationships. Throughout his career, Doug held leadership roles in Site Management and Project Management with Merck, Schering Plough Research Institute, and Aventis Pharmaceuticals.
